Application for Selection to Participate in the McNair Achievement Program

Application Form:	Please type all answers directly into this form.
Personal Statement	Compose your Personal Statement in a separate Word document. Then cut and paste onto the application essay section.
Transcripts	Unofficial transcripts, or "self-service transcripts" will be accepted. Please do not submit your DARS report. Upload your transcripts when prompted on the Application Form.
Letters of recommendation	Please provide the contact information for two individuals who will be prompted to provide a recommendation. Each recommender will be emailed a link where they will complete questionnaire.
